About speech:

The workforce of today and tomorrow has to cope with many changes. Unfortunately, the current systems are obsolete and create gaps between disciplines and gaps between educational offer and market requirements. During this session Willy Wijnands draws a parallel between Scrum and education and shares his experience in implementing Scrum in education. Within the current education system eduScrum® remains a tool, but with a new education & innovation system it has the potential to generate transformations at every scale and level in society. This new system is called Lightschools and is presented by its founder Britt van Mensvoort.
